This company is a complete scam
Update: Beware‼️ Company is a complete scam. Sent junk ‘Chinese toys’ in place of crystal items I purchased. THEN it has been uncovered that they manipulated tracking on Track17 to appear as if items had come from a location other than what was provided by customer support when I inquired about shipping that was delayed by a month from anticipated delivery date upon purchase. This company is a complete scam. I placed an order in November stated to be received well before Christmas based upon production and shipping stated on website. I received the order on January 8th with only excuses from ‘Customer Service’ as to why the delay. To make matters significantly worse, I had ordered crystal products as a gift but what arrived was ‘metal wire puzzles’. Don’t bother asking what that might mean because I have no idea what they are.
