had a very frustrating experience with Byte. Their impression kit ended up pulling out my permanently glued lower retainer, which required a visit to my orthodontist and out-of-pocket costs to replace it. This shouldn’t have happened with a product meant to be safe and carefully designed. Byte acknowledged the issue and told me they would issue a refund for the costs. That was months ago. Since then, I’ve been stuck in a loop of empty promises and emails saying the refund was sent—yet I’ve never received anything. Every time I follow up, I get the same canned responses with no resolution. The lack of responsiveness and accountability has been incredibly disappointing. If you're considering Byte, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This company does not stand behind its products or take customer concerns seriously.
