Rotimatic Next - honest review
I recently upgraded to the Rotimatic Next. After initial hiccups, I was able to make rotis without having the hassle of choosing flour type. Their new classic roti type makes perfect rotis. Also, it’s less noisier than the previous version(honestly you can’t use it in a library as they claim, but is definitely a plus from previous ones) and the parts come out cleaner for washing. The customer service is slow and now we are being asked to schedule meetings at our convenience via Google meet(for issues which need live troubleshooting)rather than immediate assistance. Overall, I am happy with the NEXT version of Rotimatic and will definitely recommend.
