I had to call because there is no way to communicate with you via email or in writing at all, an online form would also be useful, (but not as good as email, unless we could also attach screenshots.) I was changed am extra time (twice in 1 week) and asked for a refund. Then someone else called and I could not hear them. Then someone else called, interrupting me at a meeting, and I could not understand why, as the refund should have come through days ago. I need confirmation in writing that my extra change was refunded. Your food is good, but customer service - not so good.
