Energized Health has forever changed my life. My Health coach was an amazing part of the journey. Having the weekly check ins and all the support made the biggest difference. I consider her a friend now for life. The program is understated but effective learning how your body works is empowering. At first it took some time to adjust to the new routine but now I can’t imagine life without it. After the 88 day completion, there is more flexibility, which I am now learning to navigate. Thank you to the Energized Health team. Best decision I ever made!
