Customer support not the best, and long wait to ship
Updated review: My original rating was 1 star but a few things have changed, after 2 weeks of waiting, it finally shipped and it's delivery 2 days after its shipped... which I'm super surprised about! Even though the zero response and long shipping time sucks, I'm glad I'm finally getting it. I bought a 24 month warranty but I feel like its a waste since I'm completely unable to get in contact with anyone in the case that I do need to utilize that warranty, Other than the customer support issues, 8/10 when it comes to everything else
