After 5 years played
After 5 years played, because of this game somebody steal all my data from my phone, factory reset my phone, change the e-mail adress to his e-mail (steal my account) then sell the account and me from 3 weeks day by day I m fighting with the AI support from the game, just because it is the only way to contact support is in game.... and AI and because most probably I dont remember exactly some date I cant recover my account. I did that application many times and it is taking 30 min just in the end to get a msg something is incorect and.... trust me it is frustrating, after 5 years min. played with star subscription every month and diamonds buyed. In few words today I give up I will delete the game and as advise, please find a solution to be more close to your clients till AI will be enough smarter to help people not to destroy our nerves... PS: ID: 629270492 Arabella was my account now play a girl with phone nr: +6281373978010 who recognize she buy the account 3 weeks ago.
