MANLYTSHIRT - Scam Tactics: No Return Address, No Refund
One of the worst online shopping experiences I've had. I placed an order with ManlyTshirt for three shirts. I was happy with one and wanted to return the other two due to poor fit. What should have been a simple return turned into a frustrating, weeks-long back-and-forth of canned responses, evasive tactics, and refusal to honor their own return policy. Despite clearly stating multiple times that I wanted a refund and was willing to return the items, I was repeatedly asked for photos, measurements, and offered replacement items (which I declined). Eventually, they claimed they couldn’t process a refund due to “account limitations” with no timeline for resolution—and still refused to give me a return address. Their return policy is clearly stated on their website, but in practice, it’s nearly impossible to use. This experience felt more like a scam than a legitimate business transaction.
