I recently wrote a review about this company on Trustpilot and they replied informing me to send their company another email after the 10 I previously sent to obtain my refund of $95 that they owe me since they said the item I ordered is no longer available. Instead of refunding my money I have received numerous emails from them to choose another item. Each time I replied with I dont want any item from Findercube just reimburse my money. They then sent me two random items that i didnt order or have never seen before. Both tank tops that amount to about $6 worth. I wrote again and did a review on this site. Unbelievable I am still receiving email from Zoya to choose an item. Each time she offers a coupon that started at $5 now its up to &50 coupon. Each time I state I want my money. You dont go to the store and they tell you what piece of clothing you will wear. Horrible. Be extremely careful by not ordering from this company. It should be on the International Fraud List. All I want is my money back. I know they will respond with send another email to them but they will never give me my money.
