Jovs did not care
Jovs did not care! I spent $350 on the shorts and they would not work. They turn on but that is it. Communicating with jovs via email was a waste of time. They continually gave me the runaround demanding videos (I sent 2) to "prove" they don't work. Then they suggested I pay for return shipping to China. I had to do a cancel payment with my bank just to resolve the issue. VERY disappointed in this company I used to think highly of (I have the mask and hair removal device).
