Refused to cancel
Refused to cancel, change or credit my flight . Non helpful ,AI response. Will never shop here again. Lost my full flight cost and have to rebook elsewhere. Horrible company , i hope you go broke , but with all the money you oviiously steal from customers you have a great husiness. Never again will i purchase through you.
