⭐ 1 star DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY My experience with SofaCoverUK has been extremely disappointing. I placed order #5978 on 11th February 2026 and have had ongoing problems with delivery, communication, and getting my money back. After cancelling the order and returning the sofa covers, I have been waiting weeks for my refund. Despite repeated attempts to resolve this, I am still chasing money that is owed to me. The customer service has been extremely poor, and I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from this company to be very cautious and do thorough research before paying.
