She made the entire tour planning process incredibly smooth—quick to respond, clear with communication, and very accommodating with our schedule and payment needs. Unfortunately, due to a family emergency, we had to cancel our trip. Yeliz handled the situation with incredible kindness and professionalism, honoring their cancellation policy without hesitation.
