kept going back and forth with the support over an issue i had made clear about the KYC Id verification which they clearly didnt listen to. I just ended up canceling my order ( C79359213) for a SEAGM balance top up and just asking for a refund wasted 4 days trying to get my order processed for nothing, now i have to wait 10-30 days for a refund
