I purchased an RYOBI weed wacker
I purchased an RYOBI weed wacker. It has never worked. The string keeps breaking. Shortly after my purchase my sister died so I missed my my return period at Home Depot. 30 days. Therefore I had to contact the company. They do not service their products. They want me to take my product 45 miles away from my home to be serviced by a third party. I can’t do that. I’m still stuck with a brand new product that has never worked. Home Depot need to drop this brand before they start getting a bad name.
