Faulty earbuds that works bad and dosnt even shut off. A faulty box that doesnt even charge properly. And the worse customer service I encounter since they took 2 WEEKS to answer my emails cause I didnt get my package on time even after paying. Just a bunch of scammers, I wont ever buy anything from them ever againm
