Scam
omg，I didn’t know there are a lot of ppl have same experience like me. I made an order by mistake. I emailed them right away to cancel my order. They reply me to offer me better thing to not cancel my order . But I insist it. Then they told me that they can’t refund me because I filled a dispute on it. I called the bank , they told me me they still can refund me even it has dispute on it. They also provided a prove to the bank said I received the sofa. What a ridiculous thing. I never received anything from them, and i still negotiate with them , they never tell me they ship it out, anything tracking information. Such a liar . Now I have to dispute it again . I ordered it on June. Until now I got anything from them. Scam
