Frustrating Support and Unreliable Machine
I’ve had my Rotimatic for less than a year, and unfortunately, it’s been quite a frustrating experience. It’s been 27 days since the kicker broke, and while the support team acknowledged it was a manufacturing issue and agreed to send a refurbished replacement (since there are no technicians available in Australia), I’m still waiting for any shipping details. Despite multiple follow-ups, there’s been no update. In the meantime, I can still use the machine, but it ends up wasting 4–5 rotis every time due to the broken part — which is disappointing given the $3500 price tag. Honestly, at this point, making rotis by hand seems like a better option. I really expected more in terms of reliability and after-sales service.
