Spent 160 euros on nothing, customer service was horrid
Tried to buy 40 euros of once human crystgin. The orders kept saying "incorrect UID", so they were refunded. I am now waiting to get my 160 euros back from my 4 attempts. Customer service was absolutely horrible. After asking what was wrong with my given info, they kept telling me it was already refunded and absolutely refused to explain what i was doing wrong with my orders. The bot kept asking dumb questions and once i got to a real person i simply got "Your order was refund".
