dishonest business, products not worth the price/hassle
i ordered on 7/9 and it took about 3 weeks to arrive. at one point, my order was sent back to the warehouse without explaination. i emailed them about this and they gave about 5 vague and evasive copy-pasted responses with no useful information or indication that they were working on fixing the issue. when it finally did arrive, i had to return due to sizing issues (both bikinis ran small, and one of them didn't really look like it did on the website). they kept trying to get me to keep the products and offered to refund me $27. when i pushed for a full refund, they said i could still keep the bikinis and offered $43. my last option was to get a full product refund and ship the items back myself, but i would have to supply an international shipping fee, and i would not get a refund for the shipping fee in my original order. i spent $64 on my order in total including shipping, so it was never going to be a "full refund" no matter what. i ended up filing a dispute with my bank over this. seamolly is not helpful when something goes wrong with your order and will try to LOWBALL you on refunds. also partial refunds are NOT listed anywhere in their exchange/return policy. the products themselves are nice overall and look good quality but they run small and ordering from here is risky unless you know 100% that you will keep them. overall untrustworthy and borderline scam, would not recommend buying from here.
