unreliable service despite good food
I want to start by saying that the food itself is very good, and I’ve enjoyed the meals when they arrive. However, I’ve experienced repeated issues with missing meals—almost every week. In many cases, I’m either notified of the missing item only at the time of delivery or not notified at all. I’ve asked if a substitute meal could be sent when shortages are identified, but that hasn’t been offered as an option. While the company does issue credits for the missing meals, I’ve reached out weekly to ask what is being done to resolve the underlying issue, and the only response I continue to receive is that “they’re working on it.” After giving the service more than a month to correct the issue, I’ve seen no meaningful improvement. Because of the ongoing inconsistency and lack of resolution, I unfortunately cannot recommend this service at this time.
