Items not as they appear
The dresses I received looked nothing like the photos online. The website shows flowy, layered, well-styled dresses, but what arrived were low-quality sundresses made of thin material. The styling and fit were completely different. I reached out about returning them and was told I’d have to ship them back to China at a cost that was nearly half to the full cost of what I paid—despite the items being misrepresented. Communication was also slow. I’ve had better experiences ordering lower-priced items from other retailers. I would not recommend this site based on my experience with product quality, accuracy, and customer service.
