I'm So Happy I Found Wizard Labels!
I have been using Wizard Labels for about 18 months and couldn't be happier with them. The labels themselves are great, I've tried another company more locally and I don't know what different BOPP materials are out there, but the Wizard Label ones are superior. I get soft-touch matte and it has a great texture to it and doesn't scratch easily, which was my problem with the other company I tried. On top of that, the customer service is wonderful. Gloria is my go-to for any questions or concerns, she is incredibly helpful, kind and patient. I have also had people from the production team reach out to double check a variable I had on a new label (a detail that I would have thought would go overlooked, easily!) before running production, and gave me options if I didn't want to proceed with my original request. Having as many SKUs as I do, having professional labels has only been achievable because they offer volume discount on same size/cut labels with different designs. Amazing. Also - production and shipping is super fast! I received this last order in 5 days and I'm in Canada. Truly, thank you Wizard Labels! I love your team, love your product, I tell everyone I can about you. You've got a customer for life! :)
