Overall, great service and very realistic product!!
Aside from a few hiccups in communication at the beginning, customer care was very detailed and thoughtful in their response. If you're unsure as to which specific model you wish to purchase, they're great with giving very detailed and measured answers to help guide to you to making the decision right for you. The product itself is very high quality and realistic. Has subtle skin details not found on others around this price-point. Also, once the purchase was made, they follow up with you very closely to keep you updated on shipping, tracking, even after it's been delivered. The company cares about doing things right.
