Waste of time and money
Purchased this to recover lost files. It scanned my computer which took six hours or more. When it had finished I clicked ‘recover files’ but it then prompted me to purchase it again before it would download anything. Any attempt to get a refund was refused. Complete waste of money. DO NOT BUY.
