I completed tasks but never received my points. Support ignores messages and does nothing to help. Freeward is unreliable, unprofessional, and a complete scam. Avoid this platform at all costs. Freeward contacted me after my review, but unfortunately my issue is still unresolved. I completed the T4 offer over a month ago and have already submitted all required proofs multiple times. Freeward keeps redirecting me to Torox, the advertiser, but there is no direct way for me as a user to contact Torox. This has left me stuck in a loop: Freeward tells me to contact Torox, and Torox never responds. Despite the follow-up, my reward has never been credited. The fact that Freeward shifts responsibility to the advertiser instead of helping its users shows how unreliable this platform is. Sadly, even after their reply here on Trustpilot, nothing has changed.
