I’ve purchased from this brand a few times. The first couple times, my experience was great. The packaging is cute, my order arrived on time/or early, and I did not need to contact customer service. But my last purchase was the complete opposite experience. My package wasn’t shipped out for over 3 weeks and when I did contact customer service, no one reached out to me until a week later. To my further dismay, no one got back to me from the prior email until someone did asking for my prescription. It took way too long for my order to arrive and I was sadly disappointed.
