Exchange nightmare
I would absolutely love to give this company 5* as the ring arrived absolutely beautifully and as described. However, I have been emailing to exchange for a different size for months now and have not received any response about how I can get hold of a return label. If the company reads this my order is #5502919. Please help!!! Really not happy!
