They don't live up to their word. Despite their return policy "To that end, we offer a "no questions asked" 3 day refund on all purchases" they DO NOT REFUND the certification fee. I paid $75 extra for the certification fee and they refused to refund it saying that per their policies this fee is non-refundable. But their own Return Policy page says "all purchases". I returned the watch within 24-hrs and it took six days after they received it to issue a partial refund. They withheld $175 without explanation. They ignored six emails to their customer service team and to the CEO. It took an official complaint to BBB to get them to respond. They refunded $100 but refused the other $75. I would not trust them at all. See their return policy on their web site and read the second sentence.
