I would rate negatively if it was available. Steer clear No. Not acceptable. Provide the address and I will ship back to you for a full refund. Never have I had this kind of problems attempting to return something for a refund. These shoes are very cheap and not as described. The sizing was not the only issue. The quality was poor and you know it. I will be posting negative feedback every chance I get. The Lord is good.
