Esim didn’t work….
I purchased a eSIM and it didn’t work…. Had a very hard time getting help from customer service. As I didn’t have service I was only able to contact them when I had WiFi and every time I reached out they didn’t respond until later and when they responded I couldn’t see because I didn’t have service. By the time I responded they had closed the convo and I had to start over. Extremely annoying. I even purchased another gig to try to make it work. When they finally after a full day got it to work it was only for one gig and I had to repurchase the amount that I purchased originally again. At this point it cost more because promotions and bundles etc….. I was extremely unimpressed. Honestly wouldn’t recommend. It’s possible other people have better experiences with them but this was an overwhelmingly disappointing experience. Even what they offered me for compensation was worthless as it was 2 gig only valid for 7 days which doesn’t help as the sim I purchased was still going to be working for longer than seven days……. Not going to recommend them to any of my friends….. Edit: They reached out after to offer me a discount on the repurchase of the pack.
