Awful corrupt company.Dont buy ANYTHING from them!! I ordered 2 bras, when they finally arrived, they were cheap, badly made and the wrong size. I got in touch with customer support, asking to return them. They refused to accept a return and instead offered me £4 compensation/ part refund. I refused, as the bras cost me around £35. I got several ridiculous messages telling me the return would be very expensive that it would be better for me if I accepted their compensation, and give the bras to a friend!? Baffled! I again said no and asked to just return them. Still they refused so I said I would accept £25 refund. They came back telling me they were very sorry I was unhappy with their offer of £4 so upped the offer to £9. I refused again, but they sent the money to my bank account anyway even though I hadn't accepted their offer and said the case was closed as they had issued me a refund!! Do not touch this company with a barge pole!! They are manipulative, deceitful and they steal your money. If I could give no stars I would. They need reporting to wherever you report companies like this!
