Title: Unfair change fees and zero support – never again! We booked a return ticket from Sydney to Brisbane for about $400 AUD. Later, we needed to change the time, and Traveloka quoted $860 — more than double the original fare! Even after speaking directly with Qantas, they said they couldn’t help because the booking was through Traveloka. It’s extremely frustrating that the airline can’t assist and the agent is charging such ridiculous fees. We tried everything, but Traveloka support didn’t offer any reasonable solution. This has completely ruined our trust in them. 💬 Advice: Avoid Traveloka — book directly through airlines to save yourself stress, time, and money.
