Zack Brenner, my contact at Top Business Class, was very attentive. Pricing from LAX - TPE - NRT and return trip from HKG - TPE - LAX was attractive. But the return date that I approved and signed up for was May 2, 2027. When the ticket was issued, the return date was changed to May 3, 2027, without my approval. When asked about the change, Zack's response was " in order to meet the price, they have to move the date". This is dishonesty, and bait -and-switch tactic. - totally unacceptable. I was talking to a friend of mine about this, and apparently Zack and Top Business Class pulled the same trick on my friend on his ticket. All I can say at this time is that Zack and Top Business Class stand to lose our accounts - we combine about six international trips a year. We will tell our other friends about this dishonest business practice. John Tsu
