Support that goes beyond all else
I was really surprised to have a personal correspondent to help with my order if I ever needed it. I only ordered a small bit of plastic barely a few dollars but I was given such care put into making sure my order went smoothly. I was a little confused at first to be given this much support and it was great to see.
