Bag flaw undisclosed
I thought the communication could be improved. There is no number to call. It’s all through chat or email. The Chanel bag I purchased (#15162) was as described but one major flaw was not disclosed: the bag lining is completely deteriorating and crumbling and tiny granular pieces are constantly coming out of the bag. I was pretty dismayed. One positive is that the shipping g was fast and the bag was packaged well.
