Multiple Issues with FundedX
I've experienced multiple issues with Fundedx. First, on my funded account, I made a $5,000 profit. Under the advertised 80/20 profit split, I was supposed to receive $4,000. Instead, they told me I could only withdraw $2,800 — effectively changing it to a 60/40 split. When I contacted support, they simply told me to withdraw the $2.8K and said they couldn't assist further. Second, the payout process was extremely delayed. Although the withdrawal was approved, it took them 2.5 weeks to actually pay it out. I had to submit three separate tickets to follow up. Each time, support gave vague responses like, “I’ll let the payments team know,” and then closed the ticket without any real update. Third, their rules and enforcement are inconsistent. I opened a trade on my funded account at 8:16 AM AEST on a Monday, but it was force-closed within 3 seconds. Shortly after, I received an email accusing me of "weekend trading." Not only was it clearly Monday, but this was also supposed to be a soft breach. Instead, they rejected my payout and closed my funded account entirely, claiming it was a breach of contract. I submitted two support tickets with evidence proving the trade was on a Monday, but they kept insisting it was a weekend violation and refused to provide a proper explanation before closing the tickets. Overall, support was unhelpful, dismissive, and unwilling to look into clear evidence.
