You only recognize bad service when you need it
The delivery went smoothly and the watch looks good. Unfortunately, the watch developed a deviation of 30s/day within the first month, which increased to 2 minutes per day after 3 months. Watchdives does not consider itself obliged to take action here. You should go to a watchmaker yourself for fine adjustment. However, they did not want to accept the prices quoted here. The solution is for me to send the watch to China at my own expense. For me, this is absolutely unacceptable business practice and does not comply with the law. Ergo: be careful. Firstly, a new watch should not behave like this. Secondly, you only recognize bad service when you need it.
