I ordered early June, package lost, reordered, still not here.
I ordered early June, and got emails saying my package was delivered a month later and it was not. They re-ordered and said it would be 6-9 business days, and it has been well longer than that. I was clear I would need it by a certain time for a wedding and that I need a refund, and customer service ignored that and sent me nonsense tracking that doesn't show any delivery date or anything. I am disappointed in this whole process. Order number 121604.
