Unauthorized charge on my account. They stole my money
Had I not had to go through my bank statements for an unrelated matter, I would have never known they stole money out of my account on a unauthorized payment for a vacation package that I didn't buy nor authorize my money to be taken. I have reached out to their company only to get the run around numerous times. Couldn't ever get an answer, they said they'd have someone call l, never did. Then they say it's through another company, but yet they are the ones that stole my money, not some random other company. Then after only being able to get anyone through email, I stated I was done playing this run around game, then they said it's after the time frame to get a refund. It's not a refund when it was stolen out of my account, it's called integrity and honor and doing the rite thing but clearly the rite thing isn't making unauthorized purchases from someone's account so that's a joke. I'm going to be filing claims on this, as I can prove 110% that I didn't authorize this purchase and can prove it wasn't initiated by me, by any of my devices wether it be my cell phone or computer. This is sad that this happens to people.
