I purchased a unit from MSCOCO on 7/29/25 but never received my order. I received notification that the package was delivered however it was delivered to the wrong address. I contacted MSCOCO informing them of this issue. They told they would reach out to the carrier and have them look into the matter to no avail. I’ve asked for a refund or a replacement unit and have received neither. This is the risk you take when ordering products online. MSCOCO is clearly a business who will take your money versus acting with integrity to preserve the customer experience. I warn you to veer on the side of caution if you’re considering purchasing from this company. If you just want to give your money away, give to a charity.
