I bought a laser cleaning machine from HantenCNC and the whole experience was very solid. Communication was fast and clear, and every question I had was answered in detail. The machine arrived well-packed and works exactly as described — strong, stable and reliable. What impressed me most was the support during and after the purchase. I had specific requirements for cleaning wood and old coatings, and they took the time to guide me through the settings and adjustments. Overall, trustworthy company, good communication, and equipment that performs. I would buy from them again.
