Prompt service, quick delivery and good quality
I brought 3 items from this website recently and only have good reviews. Firstly all the confirmations and postage has been timely. 2 items were sent almost immediately and arrived within 5 of or so business days. My package was split (but this is common for online delivery) and I got prompt notification advising me of this. I contacted the company to double check on my last order and had a response within 24 hours. All communications with the service team have been very prompt and courteous. Finally I asked them to make a change on an order as it was take a little longer to ship and they agreed to do this for me. Again answering very quickly. Although I’m waiting for this delivery, given previous experience I feel confident this won’t be an issue. Of the 2 items received the quality has been good. Dresses made well and reflect the online images.
