I purchased gift codes on SEAGM but they locked my purchased (SCAM?)
I purchased gift codes on SEAGM but was never informed before payment that a KYC (identity verification) would be required to access my purchase. After paying, they are now demanding personal documents that I refuse to provide. I requested either immediate delivery of my codes or a full refund, but the support is unresponsive or delays the process. I paid with a prepaid card, which complicates refunds, but I expect SEAGM to honor their commitment or refund me promptly. If this issue is not resolved, I will escalate it by disputing the payment with my provider and reporting SEAGM to consumer protection authorities and online forums. I hope SEAGM takes this seriously and resolves the problem quickly. BE VERY CAREFULL BEFORE BUYING ON THIS WEBSITE !!!!
