DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I used bellhop for my long distance move from Texas to Illinois. They broke multiple pieces of my furniture, the driver was rude and didn’t follow instructions and the claim team was absolutely awful. Bellhop states that they resolve all claims in 5 business days yet it’s been almost 3 weeks since I moved and getting answers out of them is like pulling teeth. The claims team is a mess and do not communicate with each other, every time you get assigned to a new team member you have to reexplain the whole claim despite filling out constant forms and uploading photos of the damage. If you value your possessions and good customer service, do yourself a favor and use another moving company. Cheap isn’t always better.
