Was sent the wrong size dress and customer service was completely unhelpful
I ordered the Siren’s Song dress in XL for my engagement party and I received a size M. Their returns & exchanges policy page said to contact someone if I’ve received the wrong item so I did, but they just kept sending me links to the returns & exchanges policy page and didn’t respond to anything else. I finally filled out a return form to exchange for the correct size but still had to pay the shipping cost. Their online chat agent ghosted me after again just sending me a link to the returns & exchanges page when I tried contacting them for help. The shipping cost isn’t a crazy amount but it’s ridiculous that I still had to pay it when they didn’t send me the size I ordered to begin with. I’ve ordered from here before and never had any issues so this has been a really disappointing experience.
