Verification Nightmare After Purchase
CSR service is great, but the system’s verification process is frustrating. They let you pay first before asking you to verify your account. I had already paid, submitted the required ID, and even had a purchase history, but still couldn’t get my gift card codes—even while chatting with live support. I hope they become more flexible with customer verification in the future. When requesting a refund, you have to wait 7–14 business days, and it’s not for the full amount since they don’t cover transaction fees. Make sure to ask their live chat first before purchasing any gift cards.
