This company is great to work with
This company is great to work with. I purchased the DP 200 and it was working great. Was very happy with it. As I was welding the other evening I went to adjust the settings and the screen was blank. I cycled the machine off and then waited a few minutes and turned it back on. The screen had just lines on it and there wasn’t anythIng that was readable. I contacted YesWelder via email and received a response back in a timely manner. The person that helped me was Raymond. He had me try a few things and I sent him a video of the issue. The next day he said that they were sending me out a new welder. It arrived today and I’m back up a going. I would recommend and will buy from this company again. Raymond was excellent to work with.
