Sam immediately contacted AirDNA with a problem I was having and continued to follow up until the issue was resolved. Even though I dropped the ball by not acknowledging the issue was resolved, he was very understanding. Sam is great and has made my experience with the program worth every dollar. Thanks for your hard work & dedication!
