Misleading and Disrespectful – A Warning to Traders
I want to share my experience with this company to warn others before they make the same costly mistake I did. At first glance, the company appeared promising. Their website clearly asked for my country and phone number during registration, and since Iraq was listed as an option, I naturally assumed they supported traders from my country. Trusting that, I invested in a challenge, confident I understood the rules and was prepared to prove myself. Weeks of hard work, discipline, and determination later, after successfully passing the challenge, I was shocked to be told that my country is not supported. There was never any clear warning or indication about this restriction upfront. How can a company offer a country as a selectable option if they don’t actually support it? This is nothing short of deceptive. Regarding their Discord support, I was extremely disappointed. When I reached out explaining my issue, the only response I received was a cold, dismissive message saying, "Your country is not supported." It felt like my problem didn’t matter at all. No effort to assist or find a solution, just repeated insistence that there’s no refund. The apology was mechanical and insincere, as if they just wanted to get rid of me quickly. This level of customer service is unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for their clients. This is not just about losing money — it’s about the disrespect shown to traders who put in time and effort, only to have their achievements rendered meaningless because of poor transparency and misleading information. I urge anyone considering this company to think twice, demand clear policies, and avoid falling into the same trap. Honesty and clarity should be the foundation of any legitimate business.
